Former WWF Intercontinental Champion, WWF Tag Team Champion, NWA Tag Team Champion and NWA United States Champion
Known as 'The Hammer'

Why he might be annoying:

He was known as a cold-blooded sadist in the ring.
He's rumored to have caused permanent hearing damage in Roddy Piper's ear.
He did an angle with the Honky Tonk Man where they teamed up and called themselves 'Rhythm and Blues.' Valentine dyed his hair black and impersonated Elvis Presley.
Rhythm and Blues was a complete disaster and the team didn't last long.
His face turn in the WWF was supposed to freshen his career but he went nowhere and left the WWF soon after.
After his departure from the WWF, he wasn't able to do that well in any other company and his career faded.
His last televised match to date was a weak match with George Steele at the awful Heroes of Wrestler Pay-Per View.
To make money, he's mostly seen appearing at wrestling conventions and charging fans for pictures and autographs.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was a great heel and he was able to be evil everywhere he went.
He won titles in every region he wrestled in.
He was able to fall perfectly flat on his face and he did it better than anybody.
He was known for his brutal toughness in the ring.
He's one of only three men to either defend or go for the WWE Heavyweight, Intercontinental and Tag Team titles at a WrestleMania.
His match at WrestleMania 2 where he teamed with Brutus Beefcake to take on The British Bulldogs was regarded as one of, if not the, best match on the card.
He was named Most Hated Wrestler of the Year in PWI 3 times, more than anybody in the history of the Magazine.
He's ranked #49 on Total Wrestling Magazine's 100 Greatest Heels of All-Time.
