Why he might be annoying:

    He starred in and eventually hosted a show based around bathroom humor.
    His name is pronounced 'Alice Dare.'
    He plays the bagpipes professionally.
    He received bags of fan mail, but he mostly opened ones with girls' phone numbers written on the envelope.
    He would then call the number, causing the girl to freak out.
    Due to allergies, he was unable to have any pets besides goldfish.
    His characters were sometimes very bratty.
    He was slimed more than any other cast member of YCDTOTV, save for Christina 'Moose' McBlade.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He dreamed of being on the show after seeing YCDTOTV regulars in a restaurant. His dream came true a year later when he auditioned to fill one of the spots left vacant when several stars left.
    He made his YCDTOTV debut on his 11th birthday (1982).
    He became host of YCDOTV after Christine ‘Moose’ McBlade left the show.
    He is now an accomplished musician in Canada.
    He is described as a friendly person in his post-celeb status and never let his popularity go to his head.
    His creativity and sense of humor led him to become one of the writers for the show.
    He got to appear next to future music star, Alanis Morissette.
    His on screen banter with Christina McBlade was entertaining to watch.
