    Forward for the Chicago Blackhawks (1995-99), Edmonton Oilers (1999-2010), Columbus Blue Jackets (2010-11) and the Los Angeles Kings (2011-12)
    King Clancy Memorial Trophy winner (2009)

    He was considered a 'bust' in Chicago.
    He wasn't able to translate the success he had in junior at the NHL level.
    He is extremely injury prone.
    He never wore a visor, prior to a freak on-ice injury which he nearly lost an eye.

Why he might not be annoying:

    Despite not having the offensive numbers to live up to his draft billing, he excelled as a checking forward.
    He was a member of the Oilers team that made a surprising run to the Stanley Cup Finals (2006).
    As of 2010, he was the Oilers longest serving player on the roster.
    He was chosen as the Oilers team captain, following the departure of Jason Smith.
    He is a member of various children's charities in and around the Edmonton area.
