Why Brandon, Manitoba might be annoying:

    It is relatively small in contrast to Winnipeg.
    Like most of the province, it is prone to hot dry summers and extremely cold winters.
    Due to its location along the Assiniboine River, it is prone to extreme flooding.
    Its economy relies way too much on the agriculture industry.
    It lost its only television station after 54 years (October, 2009).

Why Brandon, Manitoba might not be annoying:

    It serves as the main hub for the western corner of the province.
    Unlike 11030>Winnipeg, it is known for having a peaceful way of life.
    It is home to one of the Western Hockey League's successful franchises in the Brandon Wheat Kings.
    It is one of the few settlements in Manitoba that started as a city right off the bat.
    It received its name from the Brandon Hills, which are located southeast of the city.
