Her sisters are named Daisy, Marigold, Lily and Rosie; Poppy's own middle name is Petal.
Her brother is named Jethro Tull and her father is named Phil Donahue.
Although she is an Australian native, she did not succeed at an audition to play an Aussie because the casting people felt she had the worst Australian accent they ever heard.
She left Australia for America to be with a boyfriend; the relationship soon broke up.
She was thrown out of six private schools.
She claims no one ever asks her out on a date.

Her parents divorced when she was young.
She said in Instyle Magazine, that she loves wearing Cosabella thong underwear.
She portrayed Marilyn Monroe in 'Blonde.'
She convinced Julia Roberts' agent to take her even though he told her he didnt work with unknowns.
