He can flutter his eyeballs wildly, and uses this strange talent in practically every role.
He was expelled from high school for unruly conduct.

Why he might not be annoying:

His eye fluttering is caused by nystagmus, a rare nervous condition.
He thinks it's silly when other actors do excessive research to play particular parts.
Because of his weight, he is often cast in very small roles (oh, the irony!).
He has had bit parts in many notable films.
