Why he might be annoying
He was so small when he was born, he could fit in your hand.
He was a heavy smoker (can’t be good for someone with lungs his size).
A Nepalese and a Jordanian boy claim to be shorter, but are yet to be reviewed by Guinness.
He said he liked to drive his 4 wheel-drive as a hobby (how that’s possible is unknown).
Why he might not be annoying
He loved cats.
He traveled to New York City to help promote the 2009 edition of the Guinness Book of Records.
Due to his size, he was unable to receive a school education.
He was described as tender sweet young guy who is willing to help others.
His popularity has spread through the Internet.
Interestingly enough, his home of Inner Mongolia is also home to world's tallest man Bao Xishun.
