Why he might be annoying
He acquired the general managerial position through nepotism (His father was Robert Irsay).
Like his father, he threatened to move the Colts if a new stadium deal wasn't reached.
He was in rehab for drug addictions (2002).
He frequently quotes rock music songs.
Despite holding a high ranking front office job, he was still overruled by his father on player personnel decisions.
He was arrested for DUI and drug possession (March 16, 2014).
Why he might not be annoying
Unlike his father, he is far more personable towards the media and team employees.
He gained 100% control of the team after winning an out of court settlement with his stepmother.
At the time he inherited the team, he was the youngest owner in professional sports.
Under his ownership, the Colts have 12+ games a season on average.
He is an avid guitar player, who will often bring his guitar on team road trips.
