Coached the Canadian national hockey team at the IIHF World Junior Championship (2021)

Why he might be annoying:

He looks like James Tolkan.
He signed a five year contract with Halifax of the QMJHL, only to opt out after one season to accept the job with Ottawa of the OHL the following season.
He was fired by the Senators after one season with the team.
He accepted the job overseeing one of the worst teams for his first NHL head coaching job.
He didn't win his first game as an NHL head coach until the Coyotes' 12th game of the season, which came against the expansion Seattle Kraken (November 7, 2021).

Why he might not be annoying:

He credits his dad for instilling a value of hard work and respect during his upbringing on a chicken farm outside of Nicolet, Quebec.
He was considered a fixture amongst the coaching staff at Hockey Canada's junior program.
He was described as being an excellent communicator with younger players by hockey pundits.
He was considered one of the Canadian Hockey League's successful head coaches during the 2000's and 2010's.
He was enough of a saint to accept the Coyotes head coaching job, given the team's tanking plan.
