The Resume

    (March 30, 1914-June 1, 1948)
    Born in Jackson, Tennessee
Birth name was John Lee Curtis Williamson
    Blues harmonica player and singer
Recorded 'Good Morning Little School Girl,' 'Sloppy Drunk' and 'Early in the Morning'

Why he might be annoying:

He ended up being overshadowed by a second Sonny Boy Williamson.
Blues guitarist Robert Lockwood claimed, 'Rice Miller [the second Sonny Boy Williamson] could play Sonny Boy's stuff better than he could play it.'
Having two Sonny Boy Williamsons is confusing enough; having them both be blues harmonica players ain't helping matters.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was called the father of modern blues harmonica.
His 'Good Morning Little School Girl' became a staple covered by dozens of blues and rock acts.
He was beaten to death in a mugging while walking home from a performance.
