Football Player

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

    His nickname was 'E-Money.'
He was fined $7500 after he made a throat slash gesture after scoring a touchdown (1999).
He publicly criticized the NFL after the fine was made public.
His record setting playoff game with the Bills, in which he recorded an NFL record 240 receiving yards was overshadowed by the fact he fumbled a 65 yard pass from Doug Flutie on the team's opening drive of the game (1998).
He threw shade at David Carr following his release from the Texans, going as far as calling him a poor leader.

Why he might not be annoying:

He set a Bills franchise record for receiving yards in a season (since broken) during his first season as the team's number one receiver.
He is the first player in the history of the Bills franchise to record 100 receiving yards in a single season.
He was considered one of the NFL's premier receivers in the early 2000's, despite the fact he was on a poor to mediocre Bills team for most of it.
He wasn't afraid to express his displeasure with the team's decision to start Rob Johnson over Doug Flutie in the 1999 AFC Wild Card Game.
He was considered one of the few bright spots on a Bills team that struggled to find consistency in the years following the Music City Miracle game.
