He attempted to mail-bomb more than a dozen liberal and Democratic figures (including past Presidents) during October 2018.
These attempted mail-bombings took place just less than two weeks prior to Election Day, which could be seen as a voter-intimidation/suppression tactic.
He has a long criminal rap sheet dating back to 1991, which includes a past history of domestic violence, assault, drug possession, theft, fraud and bomb threats.
In 2002 he made a bomb threat against a local electric company, claiming that bomb would be 'worse than the September 11th attacks'.
He dropped out of two different colleges.
He claims to be a Seminole Indian despite having a Filipino father and Italian mother.
    He abused steroids.
All the windows of his van were covered in stickers consisting of provocative pro-Trump and Alt-Right propaganda.
The propaganda stickers on his van included pictures of assorted liberal personalities with crosshair targets over their faces.
He posted numerous anti-liberal conspiracy theories and harassed several liberal politicians and journalists on his online social media accounts.
Other Trump supporters and hard-right pundits attempted to write him off as either a patsy or a Democratic Party mole.
He was abandoned by his father.
Despite their political disagreements, a manager for a pizza shop he once worked for called him a 'model employee'.
Even though his mail bombs were not hoaxes, none of them exploded or harmed their targets.
He has been condemned as a terrorist by both sides of the political aisle, including even Donald Trump himself.
He potentially faces life imprisonment for the attempted mail-bombings.
