Military Personnel

The Resume

    (February 12, 1909-April 26, 1945)
    Born in Munich, Germany
SS officer during WWII, hung by the Nazis.
Personally responsible for the deaths of 70 - 80 helpless prisoners.

Why he might be annoying:

He was a twisted, evil mass-murderer.
During WWII at the Dachau concentration camp, he performed horrific 'medical' experiments on prisoners including; experiments on the effect of high-altitudes and freezing on the human body, using untried cancer treatments and testing an experimental blood coagulant by injecting it into prisoners and then shooting them.
    He developed the cyanide capsule.
His wife was an ex-lover of Heinrich Himmler and he used her to further his career.
In all probability, Erich Hippke was the idea man behind the atrocities.
He and his wife kidnapped children and tried to pass them off as their own to prove that his work could enable older women to have children. When caught in the act he and his wife were sentenced to death for this and corruption at Buchenwald concentration camp.
His death was never verified and he may very well have escaped during the confusion of the fall of Germany.

Why he might not be annoying:

Before the war he did legitimate cancer research.
    He showed no anti-Semitic inclinations.
He may have been peripherally involved in the plot to kill Hitler.
He is certainly dead and burning in Hell by now.
