Mascots for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy
    Neve, an anthropomorphic snowball
    Gliz, an anthropomorphic ice cube
They look like a dumbled fusion of the Pillsbury Dough Boy and characters from Gumby.
They look like they are drunk.
The pins for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China were reported to be worth more than pins of the two mascots.
An elementary student would probably do a better job at designing a mascot if an art teacher graded this.
They personify the Olympic ideals of passion, enthusiasm, culture, elegance and love of the environment and of sport.
They were designed by a Portuguese artist named Pedro Albuquerque.
