Why he might be annoying:

    He said, ‘Degrassi was my high school. I was with 20 other lead cast members, all around the same age, and any of the drama you’d have around a high school, we got into ourselves.’
    Filming his first ever scene in ‘Degrassi,’ he got his character’s name wrong.
    He responded to rumors that he was dating ‘Degrassi’ co-star Alicia Josipovic by saying that they were just good friends.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He traveled to India, Haiti and Nicaragua for the charity Free the Children.
    He learned Krav Maga martial arts for a ‘Degrassi’ story where his character joins a fight club.
    He said about being recognized in public, ‘It’s not bad. It just takes some getting used to.’
