Why he might be annoying:

He is the Kato Kaelin of 'The Howard Stern Show.'
He is perhaps the least popular and most disliked person on Howard's show.
He shows no respect to Howard Stern, by arriving late to appointments and taking advantage of Howard's generosity.
He collects Star Trek paraphernalia.
He does drugs (weed, ecstasy, etc.).
He occasionally drinks to excess.

Why he might not be annoying:

He dated Terry Farrell (although he would probably be happier with Perry Farrell).
He is a good friend of John Stamos and Rebecca Romijn-Stamos.
He is extremely honest and treats Howard Stern like a friend rather than a celebrity, infuriating Howard's fans.
