The Resume

    (July 31, 1965- )
    Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Executive Vice President of Talent Relations for WWE
Has wrestled for Jim Crockett Promotions, Florida Championship Wrestling and All Japan Pro Wrestling
Has held All Japan Pro Wrestling's All Asia Tag Team Championship with Kenta Kobashi and All Japan Pro Wrestling's Unified World Tag Team Championship with Kenta Kobashi, Mike Barton and 'Dr. Death' Steve Williams

Why he might be annoying:

It is widely though he got to his position of power by sucking up to the McMahons, and because he was the brother of a tag team legend.
He fired Matt Hardy due to the fact Matt was posting online about how angry he was about breaking up with his longtime girlfriend Lita and how co-worker Edge was starting to see her.
There was a severe backlash by fans, and it got to the point where Vince McMahon rehired Matt a few months later.
He is noted for continuing the WWE's trend of hiring men and women based on their look, moreso than the man he replaced, Jim Ross.
He discovered Kelly Kelly and Alicia Fox via looking through catalogs.
    He once dated Seka.

Why he might not be annoying:

He had success while wrestling in Japan.
In 1996, he was involved in two tag matches that were awarded five stars out of five by noted wrestling writer Dave Meltzer.
One of those two tag matches ended up being voted 1996's match of the year by the readers of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
His 'Ace Cutter' move is seen as the forerunner to other similar moves like 'Diamond' Dallas Page's Diamond Cutter and Randy Orton's RKO.
Thanks to his experience in Japan, his booking style emphasized clean finishes to matches and not run-ins that were prevalent in North American wrestling in the late 1990's.
