Sports Executive
    (June 23, 1975- )
    Born in Brooklyn, New York
General manager of the Philadelphia Eagles (2010- )
Despite having the title of general manager, he still got overruled by Andy Reid on player personnel decisions.
He never played a game of professional football.
He was originally considered for the Falcons vacant general manager position before turning it down to remain with the Eagles.
Some football pundits called for his head after he traded Donovan McNabb to the division rival Washington Redskins.
He started as a salary cap manager before moving up in the Eagles front office ranks.
He didn't mind being in an advisory role, despite his job title saying he was a general manager.
When he realized he inherited an aging roster, he gradually rebuilt the team without having to enter a rebuilding phase.
He was hired at age 33, making him the youngest general manager in franchise history.
