    His music has covered a wide variety of genres, including new wave, heartland rock, country, and straight-ahead hard rock.
    He was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame (2003).
    Rascal Flatts covered 'Life Is a Highway' and made it a hit again.
    He has been involved with several charities and benefit concerts.
    He reunited with Red Rider in 2002.
    He had many hits in Canada.
