    Ninth Prime Minister of Canada (1920-1921, 1926)
    Leader of the Opposition (1921-1926)

    He was a member of the Unionist party well after World War I, where a party merge was no longer needed for national unity.
    He served two short terms as the Canadian Prime Minister.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He had a strong knowledge of parliament and law that made him one of the greatest orators in Canadian politics.
    He was a strong debater.
    He helped end the 'Winnipeg General Strike' which nearly shut the country down.
