He has frequently been in trouble with the law.
He had several DUI's, and has also been charged for possession of marijuana, illegal firearms and providing minors with alcohol.
These several arrests led to him being suspended for the first half of the 2007 NFL season.
Henry, Tank Johnson and Pac-Man Jones were the first peope to be given large suspensions for their off-the-field conduct.
He was a college teammate of fellow NFL punk, Pac-Man Jones.
He was one of the nine Bengals players to get arrested over a 9-month span.
After a domestic dispute with his fiancee and the mother of their 3 children, Loleini Tonga, he threatened to kill himself. When she left in their SUV he jumped on it and fell off leading to his fatal injuries (December 16, 2009).

Carson Palmer, Chad Johnson, and <19096>T.J. Houshmandzadeh and Henry gave the Bengals one of the most feared passing attacks in the NFL.
He is extremely productive when he played.
He was known as a deep ball receiver.
He received the least media attention of the three who got punished for off-field crimes (probably because he doesn't have a nickname).
