Football Coach
    He is extremely arrogant.
He has been described as very brash and self absorbed by former players.
He made poor play calling decisions during his first full year as head coach.
He guided the Alouettes to their first losing season since the franchise was re-established in the late 1990s.
When his demotion was announced to the media, he refused to attend the press conference.
He was the architect behind both the 1995 Stallions and 2002 Alouettes Grey Cup championship teams.
He signed franchise cornerstones Anthony Calvillo and Mike Pringle.
He hired Don Matthews as his head coach in both Baltimore and Montreal.
He guided the Alouettes to the Grey Cup game, six weeks after the resignation of Matthews.
He's been viewed as being the most successful CFL general manager in the 2000s.
