    He is known almost exclusively as Ali G.
    Many people feel the character is immature and in bad taste.
    His character of Borat was not widely known until his 2006 movie.
    He has been compared to Tom Green.

    Ali G has been praised by many as a brilliant satire of the rap music scene.
