Outlaw
    (circa 1951- )
    Born in Chicago, Illinois
    Birth name was Marilyn Stall
    Serial stowaway
Caught sneaking onto planes or into airport terminals over 20 times since 2009
Arrested after arriving at London Heathrow Airport without a boarding pass or passport (January 18, 2018)
Allowed out on bail on condition of staying away from Chicago’s airports
Arrested again after evading security to enter O’Hare Airport (January 23, 2018)
One day after being sentenced to probation for stowing away on a San Jose-to-Los Angeles flight and telling reporters, ‘It was stupid and it was something I don’t want to repeat’ she was rearrested at Los Angeles International Airport (2014).
During a court appearance, she declined to say how she eluded security: ‘I don’t think it’s wise to say how I got through. I don’t want to help the enemy.’
People who studied airport security tapes say her tactics include ducking under ropes, keeping her head down, tagging along with small groups, and using boarding passes discarded by other passengers.
A psychiatrist concluded that her behavior was compulsive. (Thank you, Doctor Obvious.)
She is missing two of her front teeth.
She claims to be the target of a massive conspiracy headed by Barack Obama.
Officers arresting her have frequently described her as ‘extremely polite.’
She said she had been homeless and found airports safer than being on the street.
Her biggest asset in getting past security is looking like someone’s harmless grandmother.
Whenever she has made it onto a plane, she first went through weapons screening, so she has not exposed a security glitch for hijackers and terrorists to exploit.
One journalist noted that her history of arrests and releases ‘has shone a light on a justice system ill-equipped to handle mentally ill rule-breakers who don’t present a serious threat to themselves or others.’
