Why he might be annoying:

He is as hated as he is loved.
He angers many people, including fans.
He rants about things that piss him off.
He claims to be a pirate, yet Utah is a land-locked state.
He gets 900 e-mails a day and most of which have terrible grammar.
He receives a lot of fake hate mail.
He excessively overuses the word 'asshole.'
    He looks like Tom Green.
His site should not be taken very seriously.
He is against preserving the earth, and would rather see it nuked.

Why he might not be annoying:

He provides hilarious criticism and commentary on the everyday things that piss us all off.
'The Best Page In The Universe' created a huge following all over the country (and probably the world).
His site appeals to people because many of us can sympathize with his disaffected attitude about the lameness in life.
He makes fools out of the morons that send him hate mail.
He is a harsh critic of McDonalds' unhealthy food.
He figured out a way to make the Segway motorized balancing scooter obsolete (by adding a third wheel.)
He criticizes all that stupid 'X-TREME' product marketing.
His website is a good example of how content is better than flashy looks and complex animations.
Despite having a budget of zero dollars (minus web service), he gets more hits than the sites of many major companies like Pepsi and KFC that spend millions of dollars on web advertising.
His website has inspired many parodies and rip-offs.
He bitches about a lot of things that annoy people.
His ugly, cheaply designed site that looks like it should be hosted in Geocities, has managed to get over 45 million hits.
He once sent Bill O'Reilly a box of tampons and a bottle of baby shampoo to help with his constant complaining.
    He doesn't like PETA.
On page 65 of his book, 'The Alphabet of Manliness,' he reveals KFC's secret blend of 11 herbs and spices.
