Coached the USFL's Philadelphia Stars (1983-85), New Orleans Saints (1986-1996) and Indianapolis Indianapolis Colts (1998-2001)

Why he might be annoying:

He is known more for his animated press conferences than his coaching.
He actually used the phrase 'diddly-poo' in one otherwise profanity-laced tirade.
When his Indianapolis Colts were struggling and a reporter asked him if he was worried that his team would miss the playoffs, he answered, 'Playoffs?! Are you kidding me? Playoffs?! We'll be lucky to win another game.'
He deflected blame on the Indianapolis Colts' struggles on quarterback, Peyton Manning.
At his last post-game press conference as a Indianapolis Colts coach, he cried and begged the Indianapolis Colts management to give him another chance. He was fired anyway.
His teams never won an NFL playoff game.
He named his son junior.

Why he might not be annoying:

His press conferences were fun to watch.
He led the Philadelphia Stars to two USFL championships.
He was the first coach to lead the Saints into the NFL playoffs, making them somewhat more respectable.
His son, Jim Mora Jr., also became a NFL head coach.
He graduated from Occidental College.
