Why he might be annoying:

He is a motorcycle buff.
He enjoys noisy headbanging music.
All of his favorite books are based on leadership.
When his entire team during the toy project wanted to produce a remote control car with interchangeable parts, he vetoed it and decided on a remote control football head. The Mattel creative team told him that the football head was already on the market, so he relented to the women's choice of the car.
He is cocky and it cost him to be fired.
Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth wrote 'Bradford's decision to wave his exemption will go down as the stupidest mistake in the history of reality television.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He is a 'Seinfeld' fan.
He lead an all-women's team to victory in the 'Apprentice 2's first project.
He turned down his exemption privilege from being firing in the second episode and was fired solely (and unfairly) for that reason.
He is a stand-up guy.
He values 'hard work, integrity, honesty, loyalty, sacrifice and keeping ones word' over money.
One thing he learned from 'The Apprentice' is to 'avoid picking Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth for your team at all costs.'
He believes that compromise is necessary, because if you win all the time, no one will want to deal with you.
He earn a law degree at Nova Southeastern Law School in Florida.
He volunteered to move to the women's team and became their project manager.
Under his leadership, the women won the first task and then proceeded to lose the next four projects.
As was typical in 'The Apprentice,' Donald Trump tended to fire the males rather than the females when given the choice.
