    Irby sued Thompson over rights to the band name.
    Thompson died from huffing freon.
    'The Kissing Game' topped the pop and r&b/hip-hop charts.
    Their records were produced by 'New Jack Swing' creator Teddy Riley.
    Songwriter Bernard Bell said, 'Even though they were young, they were very professional.'
