Why he might be annoying:

The Dallas Cowboys went 1-15 in their first season under him.
He screamed 'How 'bout them Cowboys?!' after beating the San Francisco 49'ers and earning his first trip to the Super Bowl.
He had a very public feud with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones which eventually lead to him leaving the Cowboys.
He thought it was absurd that the Dolphins did not have a mascot, so he created T.D. the mascot, to which Miami Dolphins fans said: 'So what?'
He wanted the Miami Dolphins logo to look tougher so he added a 'pissed-off' eyebrow to the Dolphin.
He lead the Dolphins to a 62-7 playoff loss against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
He's very protective of his hair and hates it when his players dump Gatorade or water on him.
He signed Lawrence Phillips even after he had been arrested 2 times for beating women.
He signed Cecil Collins even after he had been arrested for exposing his penis to a 17 year old, failing a drug test and breaking and entering.
He divorced his wife and left his family so he can contribute all his time to football.
Several reality tv websites reported he was slated to be a contestant on 'Survivor: Nicaragua' (July 21, 2010).

Why he might not be annoying:

He was the first coach in football history to lead a team to a NCAA National Championship (1987) and a Super Bowl win (1992)
His NFL post season winning percentage of .875 is second only to Vince Lombardi's .900.
He replaced two of the most successful coaches in NFL history (Dallas' Tom Landry and Miami's Don Shula).
