TV Reality Show Contestant

The Resume

Why she might be annoying:

She lists trampoline as a hobby.
‘America is not ready for the British Invasion! But we did it once — we can do it again!’
She referred to the show as ‘the Holy Land,’ or ‘Mecca.’
Fresh off the opening runway walk, she vowed to her fellow British competitors, ‘An American is going home first.’ (Whoops! Jasmia did.)
At the panel where the 3-D photo shoot was judged, Nigel viewed her interpretation of Melanie Brown as having ‘too much anger in the face.’
She was picked to lead the U.K. team in the ad campaign for very.com — and promptly came off as disorganized (which made Tyra’s decision to nickname her ‘Excite-to-Buy’ curious).
She tossed the detached ear from Laura’s prized stuffed toy into the pool at the Top Model digs.
Top Model judges felt she was more of a presenter than a model.
She admitted living with her fellow contestants was a nightmare as she grew up an only child.
On her video blog, she displayed the huge teddy bear she purloined from Seymone and admitted to blurred-out parts from the maple syrup photo shoot (‘too raunchy for CW’).

Why she might not be annoying:

No problems with pronunciation here — it’s ‘anna-leeze.’
Her YouTube account name – where she recapped the cycle’s behind-the-scenes activity – is pretty straightforward: MissAnnalieseDayes.
Ironically, her hair looks amazingly like an early Scary Spice coif — which probably didn’t hurt her love of the Crazy Teased Weave she got at the makeover (‘the bigger, the better!’).
She celebrated her 25th birthday filming the second episode.
Meeting up with Kelly at the ‘derelict huge-looking warehouse’ that would serve as the base for the very.com ad campaign shoot, she correctly concluded, ‘We know that it’s scary.’
On the strength of her plug of the universal remote control with built-in weight, she won three Ultra Diamonds bracelets at the personality-based As Seen on ANTM challenge.
With a little ‘slide-into-home’ shot in her socks, she worked the Virgin mobile phone which contained Mr. Jay’s phone mail for the Toronto Fashion Week go-see challenge.
Tyra compared her jawline and bone structure from her final maple syrup shot to guest judge Beverly Johnson.
She was ‘super-duper excited’ to receive Nadine Coyle as the mentor for Fiercely British in the group music clip shoot.
Nigel called her final Booty Tooch centerpiece shot her best shot; Kelly referred to it as a ‘pixie of mayhem.’
Having been a gymnast since age four, she seemed completely at ease for the Hong Kong fight scene challenge.
For the Macau Tower photo shoot, she was more concerned about falling off the tower than the actual height itself.
With three of four bookings at the Hong Kong go-see, she won over hard-to-please Kelly.
She was happy finishing third place in the show’s British Invasion edition as she previously finished seventh on Britain’s Next Top Model (and fell just short of the overseas portion).
