Point guard for the New York Knicks (1988-90), San Antonio Spurs (1990–92), Portland Trail Blazers (1992-96, 2001), Washington Bullets/Wizards (1996–2001), Miami Heat (2001–02), Minnesota Timberwolves (2002–03), Orlando Magic (2003–04), Toronto Raptors (2004) and the Houston Rockets (2005)

Why he might be annoying:

His errant play cost the Spurs a chance to go to the Western Conference Final (1990).
He was injury prone in the earlier stages of his career.
He sat out the first quarter of the 1991-92 season as a result of a contract dispute.
He became a journeyman player after leaving the Wizards.
He took two years to formally announce his retirement from basketball.

He helped DePaul University make an NCAA tournament appearance during all four seasons of his college eligibility.
He served as a reliable backup to Mark Jackson in New York during his first couple NBA seasons.
