Choreographed the fight/action sequences for the films 'Once Upon a Time in China (1991),' 'Once Upon a Time in China II (1992),' 'Twin Dragons (1992),' 'Fist of Legend (1994),' 'Black Mask (1996),' 'The Matrix (1999),' 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000),' 'The Legend of Zu (2001),' 'The Matrix Reloaded (2003),' 'The Matrix Revolutions (2003),' 'Kill Bill: vol. 1 (2003)' and 'Kill Bill: vol. 2 (2004)'

Why he might be annoying:

His nickname is big eyes.
He only ever involves himself in martial arts films.
Despite an already impressive resume, he was virtually unknown in the United States until he worked on 'Crouching Tiger' and 'The Matrix.'
He and Quentin Tarantino had many disagreements while filming 'Kill Bill.'

He is the most influential martial arts director/choreographer of his time and so his talents are highly sought after.
He was taught the art of fight choreography by his father who was an opera performer.
He made stars out of, and frequently works with, Jackie Chan and Jet Li.
He is a childhood idol of Quentin Tarantino.
