He was the eyes and ears of an oppressive and brutal Iraqi administration.
His middle name was the same as his dad, Saddam.
U.S. troops killed him in Mosul (July 22, 2003).
After the first Gulf War, he was in charge of suppressing a Shi'ite rebellion in Southern Iraq.

He kept a low profile.
After his brother, Odai, survived an assassination attempt, his father, Saddam, decided to make Qusay the heir apparent (1996).
He graduated Law school.
He's dead.
