Why he might be annoying
He is arguably the most hated man in Seattle.
Former Sonics owner Howard Schultz felt that he breached an agreement to negotiate a deal with the city for a new arena.
It is speculated that he never intended to keep the team in Seattle.
He refused to sell the team to a local business group who planned to keep the team in Seattle.
The speculations of his plans to relocate the team were revealed after the city obtained emails between him and his partners talking about negotiations with Oklahoma City officials about a lease agreement on the Ford Center.
Why he might not be annoying
He was a partner in the San Antonio Spurs ownership group in the 1990s.
He helped arrange the agreement of the New Orleans Hornets to temporarily use Oklahoma City as their home base in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
His wife Louise Gaylord-Bennett's family were minority shareholders in the Texas Rangers.
He is the chairman of the Oklahoma Heritage Association committee.
