Why they might be annoying:

Skin labels their music as 'clit-rock.'

Their fans refer to them as SA.
Like most punkers, they purposely attempt to shock their fans.
Their music is meant to be played loud.
Skin said: 'We don't write love songs; but we've written a couple of HATE songs.'
The group has taken strong political stands.
'Skunk Song' has very anti-police lyrics.
They lost both MTV European Music Awards for Best Live Act & Best Group (1997).

Why they might not be annoying:

All of them have cool nicknames, except for the drummer, Mark (AmIAnnoying.com's Marc comments: 'How rude!').
When the group broke up Skin went on to a solo career. with Cass doing some of her backing.
Cass and Skin met through what they call 'a mutual enemy.'
They recorded their first album at a haunted house.
'Selling Jesus' is on the soundtrack of 'Strange Days' and was featured on the bonus CD to an issue of CMJ New Music Monthly Magazine.
When the band split, all of the members found jobs elsewhere.

Kerrang magazine readers voted them Best British Band in 1995 and Best Live Band of 1996.
They were the only European performers to play at Nelson Mandela's 80th birthday show (1998).
    They are multi-racial.

Their album 'Stoosh' (pronounced Stush) is West Indian slang for well dressed.
