Hockey Coach
    His nickname is 'Chief'.
He primarily served as a goon during his playing career.
He played two stints each with the Flyers, Flames and Capitals.
He was suspended for one game for uttering a racial slur at Peter Worrell, one week after Chris Simon was suspended for the same reason (1997).
He was traded to the Oilers, but never played a game for them as he was flipped to the Maple Leafs prior to the start of the season (1991).
His tenure with the Maple Leafs lasted only 40 games, as he was traded to the Flames in the 10 player deal that brought Doug Gilmour to Toronto.
He was fired by the Flyers after one full season as the team's head coach.
He was described as being a lunch pail style of player by former coaches.
He apologized to Worrell, claiming his choice of words towards him were not meant to be racially motivated.
He wasn't afraid to stick up for his teammates when called upon.
He was a member of the Capitals team that made their first appearance in the Stanley Cup Finals (1998).
He initially was excited about being traded to Edmonton as his hometown of Calahoo was close to the city, but sadly never got the opportunity to fulfill that dream.
He was the first head coach of First Nations descent in the history of both the Flyers and Blues.
He and Ted Nolan were the first coaches if First Nations descent to coach against each other in a game (2013).
He guided the Blues from last place at the end of November to a playoff berth and a strong finish to the 2018-19 season as the interim head coach.
