    They were featured in the motion picture,'Rock 'N' Roll Highschool' (1979).
    Sex Pistols based their music on The Ramones at a concert in London.
    Johnny collects movie posters and photos with autographs of famous people.
    Most of the band comes from New York City or Long Island.
    They were known as the 'Beatles of Punk Rock.'
    They were inducted into the 17th Annual Rock And Roll Hall of Fame on March 18, 2002 in New York City.
