    Running backs coach for the Texas Tech Red Raiders (2000-02)
    Head coach for the University of Houston Cougars (2003-07) and the Baylor Bears (2008-15)
    Career NCAA coaching record is 99–65

Why he might be annoying:

    He was fired from Baylor after it was revealed he knew about sexual assault allegations against the players on his roster but did nothing to address the situation.
    He threatened to sue the university for wrongful dismissal in wake of his firing.
    When he was asked about being terminated for his actions in regards to the conduct of his players, he said 'I've never done anything illegal, immoral or unethical.'
    In wake of the scandal at Baylor, a good portion of the team elected to transfer to other schools in protest of his firing.
    Months after his firing at Baylor, he was hired by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, and was forced out of the position due to a major backlash amongst the team's fan base and corporate sponsors.
    Similar to Joe Paterno, he was accused of instilling an emphasis on football over personal conduct and character when it came to his players.
    He was accused of fostering a rape culture environment during his tenure at Baylor.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He lost his parents and aunt in a car accident, when they were on their way to attend one of his games (1976).
    He was considered a coaching legend in the Texas high school football ranks, prior to the scandal at Baylor.
    He helped turn around the football programs at Houston and Baylor during his tenure at both schools.
    He guided Baylor to their first Bowl game appearance in 15 years in his third season with the team (2010).
    He guided Baylor to one of the school's more successful periods, prior to the scandal.
    He was instrumental in the development of Robert Griffin III at Baylor.
