Why he might be annoying:

He played tight end in college, but mainly coaches quarterbacks.
He was a member of one of the worst Packers' coaching staffs (1999).
Before he was hired as the Packers' head coach, he was a relative unknown.
His offense ranked last in the NFL the year he was with the 49'ers.
Upon his hiring by the Packers, he published a mission statement on the official Packers site that was loaded with spelling and grammatical errors.

Why he might not be annoying:

He has a blue-collar background.
He is an old-school coach who is not afraid to confront players.
He was instrumental developing quarterbacks Jake Delhomme, Marc Bulger and Aaron Brooks.
He convinced Brett Favre to return for another season as Green Bay's quarterback.
He is well-liked by his players.
He turned the struggling Packers organization around in just one year.
