    He provoked a rivalry with the Blue Bombers, when he ran up the score in a meaningless game.
    His Tiger-Cats teams went 1-4 in five Grey Cup matches against the Blue Bombers.
    His tenure in Montreal was a disappointment in contrast to his time in Hamilton.
    He assaulted a Montreal sports journalist following his firing from the Alouettes (1965).
