She was temporary banned in China, because she was photographed wearing a Japanese WW II Battle flag dress.
A construction worker, whose grandparents were killed during the Japanese occupation of China, threw feces on her because she wore the Japanese WW II Battle flag dress.
She refuses to discuss the Battle flag dress.
She endorses Marie France diet centers in Asia. She also uses the names Mei Chiu and Wei Zhao.
She said she never intended to be an actress, saying: 'I thought actresses had to be beautiful, and I thought I was ordinary.'
She wanted to get a degree in teaching but was only accepted to acting schools.
