She and Crane got married on the Hogan's Heroes soundstage.
She sent Crane to the hospital for stitches when she threw a VCR at him, hitting him in the mouth.
She claimed that she was so upset with how Crane was portrayed in the film Auto-Focus that she had to be hospitalized for a stress-related illness.

She studied acting with Stella Adler.
After the birth of her son Robert Scott Crane, she retired from acting to devote herself to her family.
