    Played for the Washington Redskins (1988-93), Cleveland Browns (1994), St. Louis Rams (1995), Philadelphia Eagles (1996) and Indianapolis Colts (2001) Attended Washington State University Super Bowl XXVI MVP (with Redskins) 2-Time Pro Bowler (1989, 1991)
    He quit college early to turn pro.
    He was extremely over-rated during his career.
    He failed to return to the MVP form and he spent he last few seasons as a backup.
    He came out of retirement to be Peyton Manning's backup for three games (2001).
    He was the first Canadian-born player in NFL history to win the Superbowl MVP award.
    He threw 300 yards in his first NFL game.
    He was the third of three different starting quarterbacks to win a Superbowl with the Redskins under head coach Joe Gibbs.
    He is a dual citizen of both Canada and the United States.
