During his only task, that of selling lemonade, he ran around with a sign harassing passersby.
In his boardroom elimination Donald Trump decided to keep the other two in preference to him. Donald Trump kept Sam Solovey, because he had yet to figure him out and Troy McClain because he showed potential.
Donald Trump fired him because he was lackluster and bland.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is an under-achiever.
As part of the first boardroom elimination, he seemed rather safe as he went against project manager (team leader) Troy McClain, who did not do a good job and Sam Solovey, who is crazed.
He said there is only first place, so if you are eliminated first or last it really doesn't matter.
He was the most educated and the brightest of the group.
He earned his masters at NYU.
He earned his MD from Jefferson Medical College.
He believes success is working for yourself.
