Football Coach

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

He had a hostile relationship with the New York media.
As a head coach, he was described as being out of touch with his players.
He became a punchline after he wore an oversized suit to his press conference to announce his hiring as the Giants head coach.
When asked about his decision to wear an oversized suit, his excuse was that he didn't have time to buy a new one.
He came across as being lazy and uninterested in post game interviews.
He sealed his fate for being fired after he benched Eli Manning, ending the latter's consecutive games played streak in the process.
He was the first Giants head coach since Bill Arnsparger to be fired during the season.

Why he might not be annoying:

He earned a degree in health and physical education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
He began his coaching career in the high school ranks, before working his way up to the NCAA and NFL ranks.
He was a member of the Packers Super Bowl XLV championship team (2010).
He was hired by the Giants with the plan of being the eventual successor to Tom Coughlin as the team's head coach.
He guided the Giants to an 11-5 record and a playoff berth in his lone full season as head coach (2016).
