Pro Personnel Assistant for the Washington Redskins (2003–05)
Receivers coach for the Edmonton Eskimos (2006-08)
Head coach for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (2009)

Why he might be annoying:

He is extremely brash.
He referred to Regina, Saskatchewan as the 'crotch of Canada.'
Upon taking over the Bombers, he decimated a roster which was two years removed from a Grey Cup appearance.
In an attempt to light a spark for his team, he tried to sign disgraced NFL star Adam 'Pacman' Jones to his roster.
He refused to accept phone calls on his radio show after many Blue Bomber fans would call in to vent at him over the team's performance.
He is extremely despised by both Bomber fans and the team's former players.

Why he might not be annoying:

Despite his frequent arrogant and brash statements, he isn't afraid to speak his mind when called upon.
He initially was passed over for the Bombers coaching job in favor of Jeff Reinebold in the mid 1990s.
He admitted he was excited to return to Winnipeg upon taking the head coaching job, citing he had established roots in the city during his first stint with the team.
Despite the criticisms and cat-calls for his firing by irate fans, he had no intentions to resign.
At his introductory press conference, he called coaching the Bombers his 'dream job.'
