Why he might be annoying:

He never acted in a lead role in 30 years of acting.
He was often typecast as people who were neanderthals.
He fathered a son out of wedlock.
He was charged with trespassing and assault by his ex-girlfriend, actress Melissa Leo.
He was also accused of stalking her.
Despite many films he acted in, many people always will remember him as being Peter McCallister in 'Home Alone.'
He was divorced.

Why he might not be annoying:

He preferred supporting cast roles because there is less demand then there are on the leads.
He graduated from Gonzaga High School in Washington and was inducted into the school's hall of fame in 2003.
He said that he was going to see his son but Melissa Leo refused and pressed charges on him.
