Why he might be annoying:

His acting career has never really taken off.
He is typecast as humorless tough guys.
He got terrible reviews in ‘Stephen King’s Thinner.’
He has played four different characters on ‘Law & Order’ and its spinoffs.
He made the questionable career move of taking over for Peter Weller in ‘RoboCop 3.’
