    (February 24, 1444-December 26, 1476)
    Born in Fermo, Italy
    Died in Milan, Italy
    Duke of Milan (1466-1476)
Killed by Giovanni Andrea Lampughani, Gerlamo Olgiati and Carlo Visconti at 32
    His middle name was 'Maria.'
He was a womanizer, siring at least 5 children outside of marriage.
Some of his reported depraved acts included raping noblewomen, making an enemy swallow a live hare and ripping off the limps of his opponents with his bare hands.
A trio of high-ranking Milanese adversaries stabbed him to death in Santo Stefano Church.
A mob hauled his dead body through the streets of Milan and hung him upside down in front of his home.
A day later, his corpse was beheaded and his right hand cut off, burned for 'sinning.'
    He was highly educated.
He was a noted music and art patron.
Under his rule, Milan became a center of Renaissance culture.
His killers were swiftly brought to justice, sentenced to death.
Olgiati, angered that Sforza deflowered his sister, faced his punishment saying, 'Death is bitter, but glory is eternal, the memory of my deed will endure.'
