Hockey Player
    (September 20, 1988- )
    Born in Novokuznetsk, Russian Federation
Goaltender for the Philadelphia Flyers (2010-2012) and the Columbus Blue Jackets
    Vezina Trophy Winner (2013)
    He is extremely antisocial.
He admits he prefers not to look at anything related to hockey when he isn't on the ice.
He goes by the nickname 'Bob.'
He changed his jersey number to #72 when he was traded to Columbus.
Despite an impressive rookie season with the Flyers, the team didn't think highly enough of him as a long term goaltender and acquired Ilya Bryzgalov to supplant him as the team's starting goaltender the following season.
He signed with the Flyers as an undrafted free agent.
He won the first regular season game that was played at Pittsburgh's Consol Energy Center (October, 2010).
He is an avid book reader and is known to collect many literary classics.
He literally carried the Blue Jackets on his back during the 2012-13 season, as he went 21-11-6 and the Jackets narrowly made the playoffs in his first season as the starting goalie.
He was the first Blue Jackets goaltender to win the franchise's first Vezina Trophy (2013).
